Your pace comes first
Each session stands on its own.
You do not need to commit to a programme in advance. You can begin with a single session and then take time to consider what feels right for you.
Sometimes one session is enough for now. At other times, you may later wish to explore a theme in greater depth. Mariëlle can help you consider your options, but you always decide whether and when to book another session.

During an NEI session, you and Mariëlle gently explore what may be going on beneath the surface. Using focused questions and a biotensor, Mariëlle works with whatever emerges. You do not need to understand everything beforehand or be able to tell your whole story. Your pace and boundaries are always respected.
Every NEI session can be booked separately. If you would like to explore your experience further afterwards, you can choose to book another session at a later date. There is no obligation to continue.
During a Reiki session, you lie or sit comfortably while Mariëlle rests her hands lightly on or just above your clothed body. There is nothing you need to do or achieve. The 90-minute appointment allows time to settle in, receive the session and finish without feeling rushed.
Every Reiki session can be booked separately. Everyone experiences Reiki differently; nothing in particular needs to happen. This is a moment to slow down and be present with yourself.
Twenty minutes to discuss what feels right for you.

If you are unsure whether NEI or Reiki would suit you, or would first like to know whether Mariëlle's approach feels right, you can ask your questions during a brief introductory call. Mariëlle will listen and help you consider your options without any obligation.
The introductory call is an opportunity to ask questions and get acquainted; no session takes place during this call. You can then decide for yourself whether you would like to book.
Some questions stand on their own. Other feelings, beliefs or recurring patterns may be connected. A session may therefore leave you wanting to explore something further.
After each session, you decide what feels right. Mariëlle can discuss a possible next step with you, but nothing is agreed in advance. If another session feels appropriate, it is usually scheduled in consultation after approximately two to four weeks. This leaves time for your experience to settle.
